By creating an account, accessing, or using FundWarden ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
FundWarden is operated by FundWarden ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FundWarden.
FundWarden is a trading discipline and accountability tool designed for proprietary trading (prop firm) traders. The Service helps you track trading sessions, log trades, enforce self-set rules, and monitor your psychological state during trading.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use FundWarden. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To use FundWarden, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password (minimum 8 characters). You may also sign in using Google OAuth if available.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
During onboarding, you will be asked to provide your account size, daily loss limit percentage, primary trading instrument, and prop firm affiliation. This data is used solely to configure your FundWarden session parameters.
You may only maintain one account per person. Sharing account credentials with others is prohibited.
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all FundWarden features. No credit card or payment information is required to start a trial.
The trial begins at the moment of account creation and cannot be paused, extended, or restarted. At the end of the 7-day period, your account will be moved to "expired" status and you will be redirected to the subscription page. Your data (sessions, trades, statistics) is retained and will be fully accessible again once you subscribe.
FundWarden offers three subscription plans:
Current pricing is displayed on the pricing page of our website and on the subscription page within the app. Prices may vary based on your location and payment provider. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; existing subscribers will continue at their current rate until they cancel or change plans.
FundWarden uses two payment providers depending on your location:
FundWarden never stores, processes, or has access to your credit card, debit card, UPI, or bank account details. All payment information is handled entirely by the respective payment provider.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly, every 6 months, or every 12 months) unless cancelled. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee on the renewal date.
If a renewal payment fails, your payment provider will automatically retry the charge over a period of time according to their retry policy. During this retry period, your access continues. If all retry attempts fail, your subscription status will change to "expired" and you will lose access until you re-subscribe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page within FundWarden, or by contacting us at support@fundwarden.com. Upon cancellation:
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
Please refer to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy page for complete details. In summary: all subscription payments are final and non-refundable. The 7-day free trial with full feature access is provided specifically so you can evaluate FundWarden before committing to a paid subscription. Exceptions are made only for duplicate charges, post-cancellation charges, or extended service outages.
For international customers paying through Paddle: Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and may be subject to local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, including the EU right of withdrawal. Such requests are handled by Paddle directly.
FundWarden offers an optional Expert Advisor (.ex5 file) for MetaTrader 5 that automatically logs your closed trades to FundWarden. The EA reads your closed trade history (deal ticket, symbol, P&L, lot size, trade direction, open/close times) and sends this data to FundWarden via an encrypted HTTPS webhook. The EA also displays session alerts and a chart overlay on your MT5 terminal.
The FundWarden EA falls under the "monitoring / journaling" category of Expert Advisors, which is widely permitted by major prop firms. However, it is your responsibility to verify that your prop firm allows monitoring EAs before installing. Some firms (e.g., Alpha Capital Group) may require EA source code review before use on funded accounts.
FundWarden is not affiliated with any prop firm or broker. We do not guarantee compatibility with any specific prop firm's rules. You install and use the EA at your own risk.
Your MT5 API key is displayed in full only once upon generation. After that, it is shown in masked form for security. You are responsible for storing your API key securely. If you suspect your key has been compromised, you can regenerate it immediately from Settings, which deactivates the old key. You can also revoke your MT5 connection entirely at any time.

If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice within the app. Changes take effect upon posting unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of FundWarden after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For international customers who paid through Paddle: disputes related to payments, refunds, or chargebacks are governed by Paddle's terms as the Merchant of Record. Disputes related to the FundWarden service itself remain subject to these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
